Studio rental Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you take note of our studio rental policies

Booking and Cancellation

All services are by appointment only. We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slot. To inquire if your requested date is available, please fill out a CONTACT FORM with your business (along with your personal contact) information.

I do require rentals to carry your own business insurance with adding Nikii Pix Studios to your policy for the day. Your insurance agent should know how to complete this. If insurance is not available, you will need to do a $200 refundable deposit, which will be refunded within 5-7 days after your session date.

We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide notice or multiple no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or being blocked for future services. Your rental fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellations are done with less than the 24-hour required notice.

Arrival

Please do not arrive before your rental time. Rental times include set-up and take down (along with clean-up after your session), so please make sure to rent times needed for all aspects of your time. The lock-box key combo is not to be given to ANYONE.

If you need further rental due to the session taking longer than expected, please text me at 701-595-0748 to make sure that there is not another rental or that I am not using the studio after your session time.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment to ensure a safe and comfortable service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health or safety risk to themselves or our staff. I do require ALL persons attending the session to be symptom-free of illness for 14 days of our session date. I do have the right to cancel your session if I feel that any policies are not being withheld.
Please note: there are three cameras in the studio that will be recording your session time. Outside my studio door is a notice of the camera, but it is your responsibility to notify your client(s) that they will be recorded during your session time. These cameras are for all our of safety and protection.

Payment and Gratuity

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment options. Payments for studio rental time(s) are due at booking and your times are not added to my rental calendar until payment is received.

Returned checks may result in a fee and may require pre-payment for future services.

Service Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental, please let us know immediately so we can address any concerns and strive to make it right.

We do not offer refunds on services after your rental happens, your rental fee is to hold your date. I also can not guarantee specific images or poses that you may take based off the images myself (Nicole L Hartl, who is the photographer for Nikii Pix Photography along with Duke & Emmi Photography) displays on my website(s). Coping of any of these images violates copyright laws and will result in legal action along with you or your affiliates being banned from Nikii Pix Studios. We are all creatives and strive to provide unique experiences for our clients, so please bring your own style.
